Join us for a film screening and fundraiser at the UC Davis Bodega Marine Laboratory supporting Northern California's kelp forest ecosystems.
The Last Forests Project is a film documenting the impact of kelp forest decline on Northern California’s coastal ecosystem and communities, highlighting a hopeful future for restoration. Attend a free screening at the UC Davis Bodega Marine Laboratory, followed by light refreshments and interactive activities with the filmmakers and scientists.
Recommended for Ages: 12+
Doors open at 4:00pm and the event will begin promptly at 4:30.
This is a free event, but reservations are required:
Dogs and other pets are not permitted at the Laboratory or on the Reserve, with the exception of service animals. If you plan to leave a pet in your vehicle, please ensure they are walked offsite before arriving at the event. Please also note that Bodega Marine Laboratory and Reserve are smoke- and tobacco-free areas.
