Carole Hom, Ph.D.

Dr. Carole Hom, CMSI’s Program Consultant, has over 30 years of experience as an academic administrator for UC Davis training programs at the nexus of natural sciences, mathematical modeling, and policy. In addition, she has led numerous successful initiatives to increase student preparedness for graduate education, with a special emphasis on enhancing recruitment and retention of students from historically marginalized groups.
