Conference Space

CMSI Meeting Spaces

CMSI has two conference spaces:

  1. Storer Hall 1350: A large classroom-style conference room that seats approximately 30 people in a flexible format. Room has advanced videoconferencing capabilities and a limited food preparation area (counter space, no appliances). This room is shared with EVE as a classroom and is available for reservation through CMSI only for business that directly supports CMSI’s research, education and outreach priorities.
  2. Storer Hall 1347: The room comfortably seats approximately 10 people around a conference table and an additional 10 people in chairs and couches around the room. The room has advanced videoconferencing capabilities and an extensive food preparation area (counter space, appliances, sink). This room is available for reservation only by CMSI-affiliated faculty, staff and students for business that directly supports CMSI’s research, education and outreach priorities.

If you would like to use either room, reference the availability calendar below and then reach out to cmsi@ucdavis.edu for reservations. CMSI strongly prefers booking in 1350, when available, to avoid disruption to the CMSI office space in 1347.

Reservations and use of the room are subject to the policies outlined here.
