Faculty, BML & BMR Career Staff and Post Docs may add reservations directly to the Conference Room calendar. To do so you must point your browser to the Google calendar service and be sure to log in with your UC Davis account. You will see a list of calendars you have access to on the left-hand side. Make sure you are adding your reservation to the correct calendar. Use a general title for your event.
For all other BML & CMSI users, please request reservations by email to BML Meeting Room Reservation Request. Your request will go to Lab Manager, Al Carranza, who will complete the meeting entry for you and confirm.
Please include the following information in your reservation request:
- The name and email address of the meeting organizer or host.
- The date(s) and time(s) you would like to reserve the space.
- Number of people who will be present in the room.
- If you plan to utilize AV equipment. See equipment details for rooms.
