Ann Holmes

I am a conservation geneticist working in aquatic and wetland habitats. I use genetic methods such as environmental DNA (eDNA) and high-throughput sequencing to study habitat use, trophic relationships, and biodiversity. My research at UC Davis includes development, application and interpretation of eDNA sampling in the San Francisco Estuary.
